MEMBERSHIP & ACCESS
How do I become a member?
Membership begins with a private consultation. Following that conversation, ZĒIT creates your account personally and sends you an invitation. There is no public registration.
I am a member. How do I sign in?
Use the Member login with the email address ZĒIT has on file for you and the password you chose when accepting your invitation.
I have not received or cannot find my invitation. What should I do?
Write to us at hello@zeit.com.uy and we will arrange a new invitation personally.
I forgot my password.
On the Member login page, choose “Forgot password?” and we will send instructions to set a new one.
Who can see my requests, documents and details?
Only you and the ZĒIT team. Each member's space is private, and members can never see one another's matters.
Is the portal available in other languages?
Yes. The public website and your private office are both available in English, Español, Português and Deutsch. Choose your language in the header; your choice is remembered. Personal correspondence follows the language you prefer.
TRAVEL
How do I ask ZĒIT to arrange a journey?
Create a request in your private space — in your own words, with as much or as little detail as you like. We take it from there and keep the journey in your Travel area as it takes shape.
What appears in my Travel area?
Each journey we are planning or managing for you, with its destination, dates, travellers and notes. You can add a journey yourself, or it appears as we arrange one for you.
What happens when my plans change?
Write to us within the request or the Messages area, and we adjust. Changes are part of travel — handling them is part of the service.
HOME & PROPERTY
What kinds of property can ZĒIT look after?
The residences and properties you entrust to us — whether you live in them year-round or visit only part of the year. Each one is held in your Home & Property area with its own details.
How do I keep track of what is being done at my home?
Each property in your private space carries its details and service notes. When something needs a decision from you, it appears as a request rather than a surprise.
I am rarely in Uruguay. Can you look after a home I am not in?
That is precisely what the private office is for. You may be far away — ZĒIT is close by, and your property's record keeps you informed without demanding your time.
FAMILY
What belongs in the Family area?
The people of your household and the arrangements around them — details, dates and preferences you would like held carefully and remembered, so you never have to repeat yourself.
Can I ask ZĒIT to handle arrangements for family members?
Yes. Create a request in their name, or write to us directly. Arrangements for the people you love receive the same discretion as everything else we handle.
Is my family's information kept as private as my own?
Yes. Everything in your private space — including what concerns your family — is visible only to you and the ZĒIT team.
DOCUMENTS
What can I keep in my Documents area?
The files you choose to entrust to ZĒIT — uploaded by you, held privately, and available to open or download whenever you need them, from wherever you are.
Who can see the documents I upload?
Only you and the ZĒIT team. Your documents are restricted to your own access and are never visible to other members.
What if a document is too sensitive to upload?
Then it should not be uploaded. For particularly sensitive papers, write to us and we will arrange to receive them personally instead.
Can I remove a document once it is no longer needed?
Yes. You can remove any document from your private space at any time.
CORRESPONDENCE
Can I write to ZĒIT inside the portal?
Yes. Every request carries its own private correspondence, and the Messages area gathers your conversations with ZĒIT in one place.
How will I know when something needs my attention?
When a request is waiting on your word, it is marked as such in your private space, and we let you know by email.
